1.1 The Company agrees to provide the following services:

6.1 The Client has the right to request reasonable revisions to the project deliverables during the development process.

6.2 Any additional work requested by the Client that falls outside the scope of the original agreement may be subject to additional charges and an adjustment to the project timeline.

7.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement in writing if the other party breaches any material term or condition of the Agreement.

7.2 In the event of termination, the Client will be responsible for payment for the work completed up to the termination date.

8.1 The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the services provided, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction].

9.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].
